As someone who grew up with a sister who was a serious Xmas decor Nazi, it has become ingrained in my mind to find the decorum styles of others more haphazard in comparison. Nowadays, I just decorate where others want it. What quality best suits you? |

However, my family has a whole mishmash of ornaments, so while we have some standard bulbs that look similar in shape and color, we have a lot of homemade ornaments that are unique, and it's not too uniform. I just don't like when there are clusters in certain spaces and then way too many ornaments in one area. I even them out so the entire tree gets love. ![]() |

Tree's artificial and pre-lit, so there's next to no dicking around with the lights---that's welcome. We don't do tinsel, garlands or fake snow. |
