PS3 or Xbox 360?

I prefer PS3 to 360 just because I've never been a fan of the 360's controller, but a good PC owns both.

See, I disagree there, most of the games I want on the 360 are on the PC already, I've literally not touched my 360 in a fair few months, since beating the original dead rising.

I think they both have their upsides, overall I prefer PS3, but I have no qualms with the 360, really.

He meant the 360 compliments his PC well, and he prefers the 360 to the PS3. I assume you're taking exception, as the 360 games you consider worth getting are typically available on PC, which makes the 360 redundant, yeah?

I can agree with that to some extent. There's really very little exclusive to the PS3 that isn't a clone version of something else already available on 360 or PC, though.

Sony's franchises are typically redundant.

I prefer the 360 to the PS3 really. But then again, I've barely played the PS3 to have a good opinion on this.

Either way, Shane is everything, therefore he is the 360 and PS3.

Xbox 360 is good, don't get me wrong but I still don't have manhands to hold those controls. Okay okay, they are smaller now.

And a lot of titles on the Xbox save for Halo, Perfect Dark and a few others I don't remember the name of are all on Windows too. The PS3 I "think" has more exclusives but I could be wrong. As far as exclusives go, Nintendo Wii owns.

Also I prefer to game on consoles. You buy the game, put it in, it plays. On the computer its this big competition on who has the fastest processor, the most expensive case and the latest graphics cards.

Not that I have anything against PC gamers at all, just, my computer will make my living some day.

*shrug* Plenty of people have something against PCs because they associate them with smallish screens and lengthy installations, etc. I usually have the argument that my twice-the-resolution, three-times-the-draw-distance, customizable controls, anti-aliasing, unlimited save space, game modifying tools, free graphics mods, etc might make a difference. It helps that my less-than-a-third-the-cost-of-a-midrange-lcd-screen projector is hooked up to the PC.

It also helps that my comp can emulate games from the Wii backwards in high res.
