Like, I don't think we're supposed to think he's cool. I mean, he's a parody, isn't he? He's an amalgam of every ridiculous over-the-top action-movie stereotype of manliness, complete with cribbed one-liners. I guess you can think he's awesome for being such a doofus (sort of like how people love Dan Hibiki, for instance). I don't know.
