As the only person here with 5 years experience as a pizza technician, I must insist on:

Garlic Butter base(rather than sauce),
Mozzarella,
Provalone,
Jalapenos,
Bacon (crumbled),
Spiced Capicola,
Romano,
Mozzarella

Enjoy.

MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'll have a slice of whatever you're having, Val, and a slice of my usual, thanks... pizza sauce, fresh tomato, cheese, pineapple, fried mushrooms and bacon. But none of that crunchy and crispy bacon, thanks... I like my bacon to be done aussie-style!!!

And if that don't work, I'd like a meat-lovers pizza!!!

I prepared food for a restaurant and catering business, with the preface of pizza and chicken delivery, and generally was in charge of preparation. I had a large amount of toppings available.

The dough wasn't my specialty, though, as it was prepared en masse a day in advance and kept cold storage. The pizza I listed would also be happily compatible with chopped onion, by the way.

Hmm, I also read online somewhere about making the dough a day in advance. I think it helps the yeast break down and makes the dough better in some aspects. I'm definitely going to try that next time.
