So, like, I'm supposed to be headed up to Canada this summer, and I've been putting off getting a passport forever...and now I have only a few weeks left, and I'm freaking out, but I just discovered that all I need is my birth certificate and a picture ID for good measure. Score one for procrastinators!

Canada=America. You may not even need any ID. They let anyone into that country.

You'll have more freedom up there than we do down here anyway. You'll just have to cope with people calling soda "pop" all the time and mayo all the time. -CSM

^I've discovered that that is not entirely true. Just some use it more gratuitously than others..

It actually came about that I didn't need any ID whatsoever to enter Canada, but I needed it to return. No big deal.
