Possible to do hack something in where we can post to a thread without bumping it to the top?

Corollary: Would this be something other goobers would use/want?

Maybe useful for retarded topics where we want to reply without bumping or want to reply but don't think the reply is major enough to warrant a bump, but I could see it being a problem by being abused.
