^^Once sufficient civilian opinions have been expressed, the discussion is moved into the mod forum where we actually hold some intelligent discourse over the choice before the admins pick someone. This is most likely outlined in the Articles of Moderation, as well as being kind of an easy thing to assume. Seven dollars.
