how do i delete posts

by the way, my text glows cause this is my 200th post, my 300th post will glow too and 400th, but my 500th is speicial so it will do more thatn glow it will be animated.

You cannot delete your posts. That is an action that only moderators can do.

Generally, people don't care about other's post counts, possibly except for the 1k milestones. Even if you put go-faster stripes on them.

Maybe in the instance of a double post, a delete function would be useful.
(Though I don't think a delete function should exist for "civilians.")

It's still annoying if people start deleting their own posts. You have a thread with two people in it, and then make it a thread where some guy is talking to himself.

We had the self-delete post function back in the day and no problems came ouot of it... not that I remember anyways.

There were problems, it's just that they were deleted from history a la Nineteen Eighty-Four.

There were lots of hassles... hence why that feature was denied to regular members.

But, if you require a double-post deeted, don't worry, some Mod/SuperMod/Admin will do so.
