A VGF MMORPG like a MUD type one...

Probably would cost next to nothing since it's a MUD and it sounds pretty unique. We'd have classes and the supermods could have classes like SuperShane or SuperJay. Regular classes would include newbie, Saeedie, flamer, etc.

This would kind of stink for people who use BOOTS, because too much MUD there can lead to STAINS or even CRACKED LEATHER.

And remember, "Yes, I-a know what MUD actually means."

I used to be one. Then I got permanently bored with MUDs.

I am the bluntness.

Well... aside from the whole idea being pretty much bad.

It would need a *lot* of work- you have to realize that where with the VGF RPG now, the mods for it can use stuff from one location in another, and don't have to make classes or use extra stuff, a MUD has to be designed from the ground up, which means no handy-dandy editor interface, and creating each individual location from raw scratch. Since pretty much everyone here is here as a hobby (except Shane, for whom this is basically a form of work), there's not going to be anybody have time to make it.

Nevermind that the VGF RPG is already filling that place.

Ummm...

...don't ask me. I haven't been modding it since just after it switched to current format, thereby making all the notes and plans I'd made in the previous one almost totaly invalid, thanks to the total restructuring of... well, everything.

When I get a big burst of ideas, when I have enough time, and when I'm not distracted by other stuff.

I'll try adding a bunch of stuff and doing more testing later tonight.
