Friends list? - VGF

Everybody seems to have a friends list, but I don't know how to get one. There doesn't appear to be an option. How do I get one of those?

A friend is someone who's on your buddy list and you're on his/hers.

Let me explain it like this. If I put you on my buddy list, and you put me on yours, we would be added to each-others friends list.
