Member Forum Mods Unable to Sticky?

I tried several times to sticky some topics, but it's not working. Have Member Forum Mods lost that privilege?

I'm sorry, I checked but I couldn't see an option to give Member Forum Mods permission to sticky threads. I'll check again when I return home later. In the meantime, just let me know what you want done, and I can help you.

On the subject of missing permissions, how about giving me the rights to edit polls like SuperMods can, since I'm the Polls Mod and all.
It's only been two years since I first asked.
