A merging of forums

How about we merge the Star Wars and Star Trek Forums into a general Science Fiction Forum? That way there's more activity altogether.

I'd actually have more to talk about in a general Science fiction forum than a specific franchise forum.

True. I've heard that there are science fiction stories that have nothing to do with Stars at all.

Yeah, good idea. Neither gets much activity alone, and a general sf forum would have more franchises as well as more general cross-series stuff up for discussion.

While lots of science fiction is entertaining, I've never myself been enough into it to actually talk about it, except for the books of a few authors. (Vonnegut, Heinlein... that's about it)

Well, Scifi is sort of a wide range, which includes films, books, video games, etc.

We'd probably make it 'sci-fi movies and TV shows' mostly.
