Would prevent a number of stealth bumps. It was funny with DKs Tie, but the one in the NC forum has me wondering what havoc it could wreak if someone were to use it for true evil.

I approve of this - but have it set such that it only doesn't bump if the topic is past a certain age.

Well, I know the PHP code that'd be necessary, but maybe there's just a setting that could be tweaked.
