It's hard to like someone and not have the guts to do something about it, I know trust me.
But it's better for the person to know that you like them, than them never knowing. I mean, what would be the point of them never knowing anyway? What if they feel the same way about you? Just tell her how you feel about her and ask if she wants to hang out or go catch a movie. It's really easy to make someone like you.
