Women are liars. Of course, men are too, but that doesn't change the fact that Women are liars. Let's just say people are liars.

And when it comes to lying, I'll be damned if anyone does it better than that girl I spent the better part of last semester totally trying to get with. Lying to me about some stupid ****. I don't feel the need to get into the specifics of it, but basically:

1. She was lying to me.
2. She knew she was lying to me.
3. I found out she was lying to me.
4. She knew I knew she was lying to me.
5. She stood behind her lie and kept lying to me.

What a ****.

It's not that she lied to me that bothered me that much, though, rather than the realization that she's a selfish, advantage-taking wolf in sheep's clothing who likes to lead on and talk circles around the guys who want to be in a relationship with her, then acts like she's been wronged somehow when the guy sees the bull**** she's trying to pull.

I'm not the fool anymore.

I'm done with relationships.

For now, at least.

I'm sorry, Bomby. That's rough. Beyond rough. It's hard to see the person you trust show their true colors. Maybe this will help you see the qualities in girls you dislike so you can avoid them next time. Keep your chin up!

I think one of the major problems with this girl is her tendency toward being over-affectionate, and the inability to tell whether she's showing affection for someone else or taking advantage toward whatever affection someone might be showing back toward her. For me, it was the latter. There were many times where she lead me on, now claiming that there was more to everything in my head and that she'd made it perfectly clear in our discussions that nothing was going to happen, which of course, is pure bull****. That isn't her major, obvious lie that she's been telling me, that's more an example of her being an elliptical, selfish bitch constantly talking in circles, admitting she's not knowing how she feels, then claiming she knew exactly how she felt all along.

You don't do that ****.

It's strange to say, but the best "relationship" I ever had with a girl was a girl I used to hang out with at Milwaukee last year, which eventually ended up in a one night stand. Yeah, we crossed a line we probably shouldn't have crossed, but at least we both mutually did not have any strong feelings for one another.

Truth be told, I like the unify the "girls who are jerks" and "boys who are jerks" groups into one universal "stupid morons" club as opposed to the "people who genuinely care about people" clique. By your description here, she falls into the "stupid morons" club.

Seriously though, if that's the case, I'd just move on and look elsewhere. There's nothing gained in being angry at the girl or the situation; neither one is going to get you anything at this point except for frustrated... and I know I get enough frustration in my ordinary life without worrying about all the more dramatic issues that happen.

Just as a note -- I don't think elliptical is exactly the word your going for, though it does apply rather closely to talking in circles. X)

And despite all this, I still find myself having feelings for her. I know I deserve better than this, better than her. But I find myself wanting something I shouldn't. I'm totally restless as hell right now.

That's perfectly natural, in all honesty.

However, what is much more important, however, is that you manage to find contentment despite the fact that you can't have what you want. If you can do that, then everything else should clear itself up in time.
