I know grad students and professors who have facebook, because it was designed for networking. So, it's not that big of a shock, really. |

| Senior Member | My boss onced friend requested me but I just left it pending as though I haven't logged into facebook anymore. My college network is something he's not a part of thank god so he can't view my profile. I don't have anything bad, but I'm 21 and I'd like my privacy. |

Parents could only get in after the "no network" floodgates were opened. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

Nothing to hide really, unless they're going through my iLike profile. They'd probably freak if they knew I listened to a band called "Killswitch Engage" |

| Senior Member | The No Network dealie, as well as the town networks ruined what was supposed to be a safe haven for high school and college communities. It used to be you had to be invited by someone in the group to let you in or have a college e-mail to have a facebook account. I was one of the first in my school. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I don't keep my myspace from my mom, hell, cause I have nothing to hide. Except I always have to delete my Last.Fm from my sig on a forum I go to, I think she would flip out on me if she knew I was listening to groups like N.W.A. and Ludacris ( I dunno why, she hates Luda so much ) |
