Disclaimer: Might be tl;dr material Usually, I'm a very anti-dance person, a wallflower, pretty much have no interest in what's going on. Well, Homecoming is coming up this week, and I decided to ask someone on Friday. The guys were supposed to be creative this time around, so I had a plan, it took some pulling of strings, but it managed to work. So first, I had to talk to my Latin teacher into getting out of class so I could talk to the Spanish teacher. I managed that, so I ask the Spanish techer if we can have some Q/A time in Spanish at the end of class so I could ask her in SPanish. She agreed, so now I had to sit through Algebra 2 waiting for SPanish to come along. So Spanish comes along, and I'm given my opportunity and whatnot. Unfortunately, the bell rings before I can ask, but the teacher asks for everyone to stay so I can ask her. So I ask, and no one has a clue as to what I said. SO everyone but the girl in question leaves. I tell her what one of the words in my sentence means. And I get a "sure". So people find out, people are all "wtf" and all is right with the world. Hopefully this wasn't oo hard to follow, haha. Last edited by Marchie; 02-03-2009 at 08:59 PM. |

Stepping out of your comfort zone can be so scary. But not only did you step out of it, you leaped over, man! I loooove the Spanish question idea. Spanish is such a lovely language. I think it's cool that you went above and beyond the norm too. Gratz on teh kill, Marchie. Wuv you. |

Cause all everyone did was stand around, except for a few breakdancers, and when our staff noticed a crowd, they broke it up.... | |

I love going with my friends because we actually dance and make fun of the rap songs and just laugh a lot. And hey, even if the dance isn't fun, at least you can say next year, "I tried the whole date thing and it didn't work out." You live, you learn. |
