If it's genuinely an issue, you need to talk to her about it. Your affection doesn't need to be measured in how much you spend on her, and you can find nice things to do together that don't cost the world. Besides, being finacially responsible and saving money towards future things (house, car, holidays, emergencies, whatever) is important. |

It's not that I'm offended, I'm just really bemused that you'll come in here and complain about "women" being "expensive", yet it's all your own doing? I could understand if you were dating one of those... unsavoury, possession-driven girls who makes a relationship into a bribery, but I don't think that's what you're trying to say. I really hope you're going to tell her all about this. Be sure to buy her a piece of jewellery to help the news go down better, you know, that she's really expensive. |
