EDIT: I have to put this on the same post so I don't double-post, but my courage completely abandoned me today... I had the PERFECT chance. However, my friends are well informed and will NOT let me get away with it another day. In WILL do it tomorrow!!!!

I refuse to lend you my jaded views so instead, I'll say, just hanging out is always a good start. You both have a lot in common so you are together a lot any way, right?

Also it was my first girlfriend's friends that pushed me away from her.

Yeah, I know how you feel with not being brave enough to confront him. I had a problem kind of similar to this earlier this year, and for months, every time I saw this girl, I told myself I'd get her away from her friends and talk to her. But I never did it. Looking back, now, though, I'm kind of glad I didn't.

But surely you can do better then I did, and hopefully it'll all work out for you. Make sure to post your results, as I am very interested in hearing what happens. Good luck. ^_^

Well, I confessed my feelings today, and he said he didn't like me in the way I liked him, only as a friend. I told him not to worry, that all I wanted was to know the truth, and then I went to my friends.

Sure, I sobbed a bit, but my friends did the one thing any true friend would do: they played MASH to find out my future love. We got a good laugh, and I got over it. Sure, I'm disappointed, but it's not like he's the only guy in the world. I guess I'm just too good for him. ; )

^Not everybody likes using smilies, some people prefer to type what they want to say out the normal way. What you're doing here reminds me of when I was playing Blockland, told this guy I'd be gone for a few minutes, then was answered with "say brb instead".
