I love asking people to prom/homecoming in creative ways, but I'm having a little trouble this year. Since Valentines Day is coming up I was thinking about killing two birds with one stone and buying her a box of chocolates and frosting or somehow lettering on each chocolate "will you go to prom with me?". I know I asked the appropriate time to ask someone before prom last year in this forum and the average answer was about a month, but I kind of want to get it over with. Blah. Someone tell me it's ok. ![]() |

[/bitter sarcasm] It's a good idea, but think about the timing, too. |

When you're walking from the cafeteria at my school, there's a high ceiling part of the hallway immediately outside the door. You can see the huge dropoff in ceiling if you look up while you're walking. On this huge dropoff, some guy put a HUGE sign that read: ~ Taylor W.....Prom? Love, So and So I was like, man, nice. |
