smb and the world -1

what is the deal with world -1 in smb? how do you get out of it or does it ever end????? when you finish it you start out angain in the same world. am i stuck here for ever?????

It's been a while, but yeah, I think it just goes on forever until you run out of time. It's only a glitch level, afterall.
