Jonathan Jones, matey. Also, Culex, Chained Kong, K-9, and some others. They were usually fun to fight. (Never really did beat Culex)

bowyer, Yardovich, Croco, and... can't remember but he was the boss in the sewers with the flame powers.

DARN YOU CULEX!!! friggin crystals healing him, he's very Final Fantasy-esque but considering that square made the thing it's understandable. culex even has battle music ripped strait from FF4!

Culex actually is the strongest boss in the game with a total HP of 12,396! (that would be culex and all four crystals HPs combined btw.)

plus he can heal and has access to some of the strongest magic in the game. trust me he will own you until you get everyone to about level 25 and even at level 25 you'll still struggle with him. I have beaten the nearly unstoppable monster and it is worth it because he hands over the quartz charm and a whopping 600 EXP!

Culex is the perfect boss!

Gotta Love Johnathan "Jhonny" Jones and the Axem Rangers!

I also liked Knife Guy and Grate Guy a fair bit too. I would say the boss I had the most trouble with was Jinx back in the day.

Man, SMRPG rocks, I hope they make a direct sequel one of these days.
