I'll also be receiving an NES soon. So, what do you recommend for them? |

GIVE THEM A TRY )Game Boy: Super Mario Land 1+2, Link's Awakening, Metroid 2, Pokemon Gold and Silver, Shantae, and Mega Man V just to name a few. Take your pick. |

SNES: Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario RPG, Kirby Super Star. GB: Super Mario Land 2, Killer Instinct, Link's Awakening, Kirby's Dream Land. As you can see, Mario, Zelda, and Kirby are your best bets. |

Other NES greats that aren't going to be mentioned by others immediately are: Double Dragon II, the Battle of Olympus (it plays similar to Zelda II, if you can hack it), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 & 3, Solstice, RC Pro-Am, Duck Tales 1 and 2, Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers, Shadowgate, Twin Cobras, Totally Rad, Legacy of the Wizard, Iron Sword, and the Ninja Gaiden series - off the top of my head. For the Gameboy, I will recommend very highly one under-appreciated title: Gargoyle's Quest. Top notch game. |
