NES & SNES games you want to collect

What are some of the NES and Super NES games you would really like to own? Not necessarily great games you want to play (though, that's a good reason as well ), but also ones that are exciting on a collectors level?

Mint condition copy of Mike Tyson's Pawnchout would be nice to show off.

I have come across some collector's items in my time, often in garage sales and whatnot where the people selling them did not understand the value.

Score.

Yeah, that's always awesome. Spotting something you KNOW is worth having and they're selling it for a dollar. You buy it and run away before they realise your overwhelming glee is because you just got free value. XD

Tengen Tetris. It's really definitive for Tetris on the NES. I'm not a huge Tetris fan, but it's the first thing that's come to my mind.

Super Gloveball and any other PowerGlove specific titles that I'm unaware of. Having the PowerGlove kind of makes me want to at least have something it works roughly with.

Similarily, I'd kill for betas of any of the U-force specific games that never saw the light of day. That'd probably make me a god among NES collectors.

It's not Nintendo, but I'd really like a copy of Mega Man for the Game Gear, for playing. It's like the GB games, only with better graphics than the NES versions. Suppose I'll have to settle for the ROM.

I had quite a number of NES and SNES games not to long ago.

I sold most of them.

I'd love to find Megaman X from the first to number three. Played them all, but never owned them...also Lufia II, I've been searching for it for ages.

Earthbound, with the player's guide. I might die of excitement before I popped it in the SNES.

I've always wanted to own MM1-5 for the NES, since 6 is the only one I have for the hardware.

For some reason, I don't own Metroid or Super Metroid. I played Metroid as the link bonus for hooking Fusion to Prime. As Marilink said, Earthbound would be pretty cool to have.

some of the rpgs that didn't hit Europe and the US, SD3 and tales of phantasia would be nice just to name a few.

And then some of the games that have loads of content still in them, like saga frontier.

And pretty much everything i post in this thread.

I would like the first six Mega Man games for the Nes, and Mega Man X 1 and 2.

I'd like to find River City Ransom, and Super Metroid would be great to have. Also, Donkey Kong Country 3.

Rather fortunately, my craving of cartridges of classic games has decreasened a bit due to getting a crap-load of good SNES cartridges, with stuff like TMNT: The Tournament Fighters, Mega Man X3, Street Fighter II and Street Fighter Alpha 2, and Chrono Trigger and Legend of Zelda: A Link To the Past. Also, Captain America and the Avengers, a port of the arcade beatem'up.

I'd like copies of Earthbound and Chrono Trigger for SNES.

FFIII would be nice but I love the SNES era RPGs and the only one I actually own on cartridge is Super Mario RPG

I only need MegaMan Soccer. I got the rest of what I need. As for NES games, there's Darkwing Duck, and I think that's it?

My dad loves that game, for some reason. My problem with the Game Gear is the short battery length.

If you ask me, the GB versions were much better games.

One game I would've liked to own for the SNES is Yoshi's Island. Granted, I have the GBA version, but it's just not the same.

And this isn't NES or SNES, but Wario Land 2 and 3 would be nice to own.
