I just bought Super Mario RPG from ebay on Monday. I should be getting it tomarrow.

By the way, Pirates! had arrived when I got home, but a few days before the Friday I went home I was afflicted with a problem that prevented me from comfortably sitting for about a week (and the doctor said that it probably would have eventually killed me if I hadn't gotten medical attention), so I still don't know anything about Pirates! Maybe this weekend I can fire it up.

No other games since then, but on the subject of old school I did score an auction for 20 James Bond movies on VHS.

EDIT: Oh wait. I did win a Super Famicom version of Lemmings (Remingusu), complete with box and manual. I mostly wanted it to work on reading Japanese Hiragana. Curiously, in both the manual to this and my Japanese Smash Brothers (N64), any Kanji that appears is accompanied with the corresponding Hiragana. Is that common in Japanese?

Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

^'NARC' is awesome. Just thinking about blowing up dumpster-throwing PCP addicts with a rocket launcher from behind the wheel of a bitchin' T-top Camaro is enough to make me want to join the police force, put on a blue motorcycle helmet, and tame the mean streets of Rhinelander.

Someone gave me an SNES copy of 'Revolution X' two weeks ago. You know, that shooting game where you launch an anti-government revolution using the power of Aerosmith. (Faulty premise--Aerosmith is, if anything, in league with the forces of evil at work in the world today. Besides, if I wanted to free people from the chains of oppression, I'd doubtless be more successful without the help of a screechy effeminate little hobgoblin like Steven Tyler.)
