I was freaked out by the guys in armour in Heretic, and the mummy guys.

One time, while playing Heretic (City of the Damned), I was in one of the levels, forget which. You have to walk through this hallway, and there are barrels on either side. I heard a laugh, but it didn't sound like one of the red demon guys. I turned around, and got killed by a Wizard.

I was scared and didn't play again for a week-ish.

(Not Nintendo games, but still kinda retro first person shooter... yeeah.)

I remember teaching my mom how to play SNES games, usually Donkey Kong, and watching her jerk the controller left or right to move the character in that direction.

My little brother rented Super mario bros. (the gba version) and I try to do the glitch that gets you to the minus world. I try and I try but I can't. 15 min. later my little brother was able to do it! He then does it again before my eyes. I found that dumb

okay, most embarrasing moment, I tried to take on culex as soon as I got to monstro town in SMRPG, I got so owned by him because my party's at level 15, so I try again right afterwards, owned again and again and again. so I go on playing and right before I go into smithy's factory I decide to head back to monstro town and finish my buisness with culex now that my party was at lev 50. I beat him so easily and feel embarresed that I lost to him about 15 times before coming back.

This weird thing happened one time when I was playing Goldeneye 64 and right after Bond does that gunbarrel scene at the beginning , my nose started to bleed after the gun fired.
But on another note, I remember when I got Primal Rage for SNES and my own mother beat me like 4 times....

I've had Majora's Mask since release day in 2000, and I STILL have yet to beat it.

I've gotten VERY VERY close to beating it, but never did. Guess I should work on it now... I lost my MM cartridge forever ago, but luckily I have the collectors' edition disc for GCN.

I never got to beat the last boss of Jet Force Gemini for N64, I think his name was Mizar or something. I rescued EVERY one of those freaky little tribal ewok people, but I just never beat the last boss...it pisses me off...

Come to think of it, I've never truly finished Link's Awakening. I'd get all the way through Eagle's Tower and...I dunno. I don't remember anything after that. And I've played it through like that at least four or five times...

When I was young, Bowsers SM64 laugh scared the crap outta me.
When redeads and gibdos filled the screen, I had to call my big bro to get me somewhere else. The fright i recieved when I was getting the blood sucked outta me, or when i heard bowsers laugh was TERRIFYING.

Haha, I remember teaching the girl across the street how to play Super Mario 64, she was doing the same thing.

But damn, if I ever met a crazy girl... smh.

Whenever I played through DKC3 when I was 5 or so, I told my mom to beat the level where you're in a tree and there's a saw trying to cut you because it was too scary for me.

I also remember my grandpa renting Banjo-Kazooie for me, and I got all but 2 of the jiggys. After that I had to return it. A week later I rented it again to find that someone had erased my file. I started crying for like a half hour.

1) I used to think Sonic was out there somewhere, and I would get to meet him. I don't anymore.

2) I used to be afraid of water levels in games. Like, in SM64, my Mom had to do Dire Dire Docks, and Jolly Roger Bay. I was also terrified of Unagi the Eel. I still have a fear of drowning today, but I can handle water levels.

Pokemon Blue in French.

'nuff said.

Oh! There was that time I accidentally erased my sister's game in Pokeom Gold (I think) and she lost her level 99 Zapdos.

Later again, I lost my Pokemon Blue with the Level 98 Blastoise. -_-;;;
