help remembering a game

Ok, so I can't remember if it was for the original nes or the s-nes and need your help. It was a strategy type game where two or three people could play. The object was to take over an island (like england) by taking over counties. Every once in a while a "5th Unit" would come and help you attack, or a lepricaun would give you gold, or a plague would destroy people in one of your counties. I thought the name was "5th Unit" but it's not, I've looked. Anyone have any idea of what game I am talking about?

Yup, "The F*ck...." is just about right. Seriously, it's hurting my brains too and I've been trying to figure it out for a while now. GRRRR!!!

:-/ I cant think of a game with the description, but ill name some games in that type of genre:

Rampart
Risk
Romance of the three Kingdoms
Castles

since it sounds like the games title is on the tip of your tongue and you would recognize it immediatly, then goto www.gamefaqs.com goto the systems like, click either on nes or snes, then goto the strategy link, and it lists the games in alphabetical order ^_^;;

Your welcome, Its happened to me a couple times. At the moment, im not having trouble finding a title, just the cd, I cant find it, I feel that Im going to have to look through my bros dvd cases also >_<

Well, I persoanlly thought it was "ktulu's acid trip" but I guess it was a real game.
