Secret of Mana is one of the best RPGs for the SNES, and it's the sequel to the highly underrated Final Fantasy Adventure-Okay so maybe Final Fantasy Adventure isn't highly underrated, but it certainly IS underrated, as alot of people wouldn't play it because the other GB final Fantasies are Final Fantasy legends and suck (Not FFL2 of course) And while we're off topic, Secret of mana introduced Zelda-like gameplay and multiple party members, unlike the guests in Final Fantasy adventure who have no AI whatsoever and attack thin air.

The graphics are the typical SNES stuff, they may not be as good as the ones in SMRPG, but they certianly are good. The Enemies are a little on the weird side, especially some of the bosses.

The Music's pretty good too, it can get pretty annoying to hear the music over and over again like the footage of Joe Thismen on TV or to hear your party members die again and again because you don't tell them to do the proper thing.

The Battle system is what makes me think this game was ahead of its time, because not only does it introduce multiple party members and the fact that you don't have battle scenes, and the party members are controlled by the computer, and you have to tell them to do stuff like have SPRITE use magic, BOY attack, and GIRL heal everyone. (What kind of names are BOY, GIRL, and SPRITE?)

Yeah, the game truly does get alot of mixed opinions, and both sides (People who hate it and people who like it) do bring up some interesting points, but what can I say. Some people like it, some people don't. 7.9/10

Final Fantasy Adventure was very good also. Can't wait for Sword of Mana.

Three player was the most fun. Of course you need the multitap for that.
