| Guest Posts: n/a | Final Fantasy Tactics advance has a LOT of potential (Some want it most, but the day this game comes out, everyone will say that FFX-2 is the number 1 square game even though it's probably gonna suck), and roughly EVERYONE wants a copy of this game. What a lot of you people might be thinking is: Will this game really be good? The graphics aren't as good as they were in FFT (Though at least they didn't attempt to do any FMV's here, because the "FMVs" in FFT really did suck.) They still are good, but the main drawback is that your characters look like your enemies, so within a 30 minute session, you might have accidentially killed half your clan. Indeed one of the most fatal errors. The music is good, take my word for it (Note: The music really is good) The gameplay is another good aspect of the game. I do not need to say anymore, because it really is good. The Storyline is one of the drawbacks, because while playing it, you'll somehow think "The Neverending Story", because this game is a lot like that. For some people that's a good thing, but for the older people, it's not a good thing because you'd expect the storyline to be a little more mature than this. Oh yeah, The Neverending Story truly is a good book, I read it around 5th grade and loved it, but I'm in 9th now and I was bored by it. At 250+ missions and over 42 jobs (Most of which are weird or new), some say this game's too long. Well I say that the game is WAY Too long and addicting. How addicting you ask? Take the addictiveness of Tetris, Snood, The First Final Fantasy Tactics, Chrono Trigger, and Septerra Core, put them in a cauldron and add the addictiveness of Nicotine, Cadburry Chocolate, And Cooler Ranch Dorritoes, mix them all together and we have the Addictiveness of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Man, you cannot put it down at all once you turn it on, like it's 6 PM, then you decide to play some before doing your homework, next thing you know, it's 2 AM and you haven't even started on math and your Gameboy Advance SP's batteries' are almost dead. The only way to stop playing Final Fantasy Tactics advance is to get a FFTA patch and put it on your arm, it's that addicting. While the game does have a very adolescent storyline, you can easily ignore that. Let me tell you, you certainly want this game, and it will be the number-1 best seller until FFX-2 comes out, and almost everyone here will be talking about it, So Get it! 9.85/10 [ August 26, 2003, 04:42 PM: Message edited by: Douglas Salgoud ] |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I don't like the stupid idea of attacking my opponent's ass/side and positioning myself in such a way to prevent the same thing done to me. I don't like it when it unequips all the items on your character when you switch jobs. I rate it 7.8, because it's addicting but sometimes you don't have time for it. |
