MK's Reviews: Guilty Gear X2

Once again, another review from me. This time i'm reviewing Guilty Gear X2.

Graphics: Very good for 2D graphics. Detailed backgrounds, this game has it all. And the 3D effects are clearly stunning. If you played the previous Guilty Gear games, these are much much better. Don't be all like "wtf this is only 2d graphics, not 3d." GGX2 is perfect for being 2D.

Sound: Hard Rock. Some people like it, some people don't. But its a Guilty Gear tradition. There is nothing wrong with the music, and it sounds clearer than most games. You won't be mad at this. (unless you hate the Hard Rock genre) The sounds however, they are perfectly fitting. Swords slashing and others. This is why the Guilty Gear series does not suck.

Gameplay: Here is a goodie for you Fighting fans, All of the finishers (except May's) are the same. So it isn't hard to remember. The moves aren't hard to remember too. Its just some of the combos take some time to do. There are missions too, that put your skills to the test. The more you practice, the better you get. Very good gameplay.

Cons:
Difficulty is somewhat high.
Mostly all of the Finishers are the same.
Takes 96 hours just to get 3 secret characters.

Overall: One of the best fighters out there. Very nice game and unique characters. This is definitely a must-buy.
