I've tried every car cheat to get up there but nothing worked. Although i did find a cool glitch. Use flying car cheat and go off of a ramp right above where the cartel mansion is(takes a while to find it) and if you hit the top of the slope you will go staright through the ground, and thanks to how unstable this cheat can be, you will start spinning rapidly and fall into the water and die. looks really cool. |
