Securicars (GTA3) - VGF

where do you find securicars? I really need one for the Import/Export garage. It's the last car I have to get.

you can find securicars in all the area of Staunton Island but those vehicles are rare to found, try to find the Liberty City Bank, in Chile exist a rumor about there ALLWAIS you will found there a parqued securicar but i am not sure
