Grand Theft Auto for DS!

Finally a topic that fits (unlike a certain one)

I'm very curious on how GTA: Chinatown Wars is going to be, especially since all we have right now is a name.

All that I could gather so far is:

It's still an open ended "sandbox" game
It will use some sort of touch-screen control
The story involves the Triads
The game will use Wi-Fi connection

Read a long time ago that R* was planning for the Nintendo systmes, but they talked about the Wii not the DS, but im positively surprised bout this.

Lets hope its a great game to.

Isometric is better than a top-down perspective, but half of me wishes they tried to mimic the 3rd Person GTA games.

The game will probably end up looking like a bit like the Max Payne game for GBA (with better graphics):

Kind of looks like a mix between the original GTA games and a comic book.

I've been reading some positive previews for the same, but I just wish they posted some videos because it's really hard to tell what the game's like by just the screenshots.

I jsut have to say that it look awfuly lot like the shadowrun game for the Snes in a strange way.

New Screenshots seem to have a 3-d look right now, but I didn't take a good long look at them.

~ Yes, fully 3d.

~ Will also use microphone somehow.

~ Pre-ordering at GameStop comes with an in-game bonus.

I still hates GTA games forever, but the moment they let me play as a good guy, I'll bow down and worship the series like the god it wants to be.
