You can't get it until after you successfully defend Lucca's brewery during prohibition. Then, you have to transport her first stash of beer to Norsten Bekbeer's speakeasy and drink that beer until you find it. Mind you'll get a game over if you drink too much. -CSM

You can never know this when you're playing drinking contests for items. The only way you can learn your limits is at Radius' preparty, where he trains you how to learn your limits. Radius' preparty is in the Alcohero's Grave near Choras. -CSM

Okay, now I'm lost. Jaaaaayyy.... I need your help now. I know you completed this game a few times.

I'm at Frog's house now when he got kicked out by his wife for giving the kids booze. Now he wants me to kill "that skank." Problem is, every single time I do, I end up being incinerated by Liquor Gato's Beer-n-Smokes attack. How do I do this now?
