I still haven't beaten this, I just can't bring myself to do it. I always lose interest.

I've started it about three times now.

The game was actually decent if you put Vaan in the back of your party and convinced yourself he didn't exist.

Heh, to me none of the characters show much of a difference that I just level them up together. Here's what I do:

Balthier and Fran keep their gun and bow for moral reasons.

Vaan gets the Masamune + Genji Gloves

Basch gets the Zodiac Spear

Ashe gets the Tournesol

And Panelo gets the Danjuro for moral reasons, mainly because the Danjuro is so pointless considering how hard it is to get, might as well give it to the most pointless character in the game.

Right now I'm gonna finish the License Grid and then I'm gonna try a Zodiark attempt. After that all I'll have left is the three superbosses.

And doesn't anyone else other than me just HATE the Great Crystal? -CSM

I wasn't really a fan of FF XII. It was 10% plot and 90% sidequests.
