YES. I loved that battle in the Radiant Garden, where you fought with Leon, Yuffie, and Cloud. Auron was awesome.

I guess so. Though, that part where you play as Riku to save Sora from Xemnas sucked so hard.

Squall Leonhart. Coolest FF name evar.

One more temporary party character I like: Vegita from...some Japanese Card based DBZ SNES RPG. He is an alternate universe Vegita, who is an evil SSj who transforms after Frieza's defeat. I always thought it was a neat what-if final boss. Obviously not canon but meh.

Yuffie actually does attempt ot call him "Squall" in the first Kingdom Hearts game but he quickly corrects her.

Pretty much every FFVI fan was upset that Setzer got rid of his battle scars and his Italian looks for Nomura-style belts. -CSM

They also took one of his best lines out of context, and made him someling close to a fencer(For lack of a better term.) while taking away his slot ability. I should probly stop ranting about this kind of stuff but it makes me feel better.

Kingdom Hearts also slaughtered Seifer. Now he's a snot-nosed brat with a toy-bat.

But something about it doesn't severely anger me. Probably the fact that it isn't canon. A part of me liked the redesigns if only to reexperience the character. Like Squall and Auron, the changes were actually a little fun, but most were awful...

6 is the first RPG I played and my favoret so I don't like it when it gets trod over but then again it's a game so i should probly just relax.

As for playing as riku in KH2, I'm not saying he's weak but you'd think that he would atleast carry some healing items with him. The parts of the final boss fight where it's just riku and Sora a rather annoying because of that.

^ I absolutely understand. Passion is good. If they heeded my wishes and put Crono in Dissidia/KH, but as a kid, or totally revamped his character/appearance, I'd feel cheated.

But like I was saying, on the other hand, something non-canon that is fresh and in good taste won't bother me. I didn't even recognize Setzer and spaced out on his existance in KH2. Which is bad, I should be able to instantly recognize a character.

Crono in KH would be AWESOME. Same with Crono in Dissidia. We wouldn't have to deal with bad voice acting because Crono is mute!

Although Frog and Magus would make a better Dissidia pair. -CSM

And Setzer in KH2...I can't even connect him with the FFVI character. I just kind of close my eyes and pretend they're different characters who happen to have the same name.

I remember that Riku had a Super Healing ability that fully healed you....

I only remember it because it seemed so cheap to me.

^^ I guess it could work then, but if it isn't strict hero/villain, I'd like to see Crono/Cyrus. Though a hero, you can actually battle his crazed ghost. Maybe he could switch between his ghost and human form.
