Does anyone have any news about KH 358/2 days, KH Birth by sleep, or KH coded.

The only news I have is that they've started up the official site for the ds game 358/2 days.

They should just call it 179 days. Because that's what 358/2 days is.

The website doesn't have any pics of gameplay. If there's any reason to buy a KH game, that's the reason. -CSM

I'm not sure I'm a fan of having the series go multi-platform at the same time and with different stories. That just makes it harder to understand the KH universe.

They released that game inbetween the time that Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 was released. It sounds as if they are planning on releasing these three future KH titles at the same time.

1) Coded is supposed to be some kind of Pseudo-Sequel that takes place after Kingdom Hearts 2.

2) 358/2 is the only thing Infected by Butt Disease is meaning seeing as it actually DOES take place in between I and II, or to be more exact, Chain of Memories and 2. This is supposed to be some kind of gaiden aka Sidestory.

3) Birth by Sleep takes place years before and follows Uch-Emo Sasu-I mean Zack Fai-I mean TERRA, Rox-VEN, and Aqua's adventures, setting up some other things such as the Unbirth and the origins of this "Master Xehanort".

It's doubtful that we will get to play coded unless it's picked up by the same company that's doing the localization/wiiwareization of Final Fantasy IV: The after. You know Square-Enix loves to forget about their fans in PAL or NA territories by making cell phone-only games.

358/2 has some gameplay videos. I've seen 'em on youtube, but they were from like promo-shows or whatever so a few of 'em are very small glimpses of what multiplayer would offer and a lot of what Single-player offers. I'm slightly disappointed that Demyx it looks like is still the filler character and that you apparently can only play as other OrgXIII members on multiplayer. :/ which is kind of a shame since I was hoping that you'd get to have the story unfold a little differently if you played as Roxas or someone else or even getting to see the not-so-spoony bard reveal himself as more of a "oh **** we need thirteen uh...here let's put in Demyx and Luxord and Xigbar!"

Birth by Sleep meanwhile probably won't be out until later. Maybe it'll make some Fangirls buy the PSP so they can ship Ven and Terra or Ven&Roxas and Terra&Zack or Sasuke Uch-Emo. I already have a PSP so I'm not that urked at all by having to have one to play the game. So far there's no real release date, it's TBA last I checked. Mabye late 2009 Japan.

After that I have no idea where htey can go. Maybe one more game but that should be it. I mean, the Unbirth are what, dead people? Dead people's hearts? The Antithesis of human life? What next? The World Ends With You being linked into it and then they have to fight the Noise?

okay I think The World Ends With You is a little pushing it. ^^; although they actually probably CAN put cameos or references in there. I certainly wouldn't be objected to fighting Uzuki&Kariya as an optional boss or have the other characters cameo. (Eg Beat has a skateboarding mini-game, Mr. H runs a coffee shop where you can buy stuff, you see Shiki, Rhyme, Neku, and Joshua walking around) course given The World Ends With You's universe, it could actually BE the real Mr. H if they fit him in there. >.>;;

It's not that they love to forget about those fans, it's just that no one over here really plays or buys cell phone games so it wouldn't be much of a profitable situation. If not that, then it's because no one over here wants to localize it. It'd probably sell well as an iphone app if it could be handled by that. I noticed in the trailers that they recycle some graphics from the GBA version of Chain of Memories. It certainly looks awesome.
