But hey, Metal Mario, whatever floats your boat. SMRPG is one of the best, so yeah, I guess it is pretty close to being in that great hall of all-time greatest RPGs. |

I had them both on the SNES (when they were called FFII and FFIII), and although I found FFIV to be okay, I always thought FFVI was the best. Ever since playing it as a kid, I loved it. It's become precious to me. If there was any game I could ever play over and over again until the end of time, it'd be FFVI. I liked the FFIV remake for the DS, because it gave me another chance to actually play the game, which I had never really done before. Some of the wonder may have been lost on me, though, compared to those of you who had played the game before. Now, if they gave FFVI the FFIV DS treatment... God damn, I think I might die of pure joy. |
