No, my complaint is simply enough, ITEM DROPS SUCK! Seriously, the whole problem is that I am level 100 and I am forced to be using level 58-64 gear because everything above that requires these crazy trades for strange items that only drop . . . oh, once in never? This wouldn't be so much of a problem but when I Quickbattle or do anything for the level 100 characters, suddenly I'm facing off against enemies that are completely tricked out with level 92-100 gear and breaking me in the first Brave hit. I'm not kidding, I will brave combo like three times, then get hit once and suddenly I break. This is more than a little irritating. I have already started sinking my PP into the Item Up ability for battles, but seriously its pretty lackluster. It hardly ever seems to work, I don't know what they mean by "increases the chances for drops" is that, what? 1% better chance? And not only that, but sure maybe once in awhile you do get something like Behemoth's Sacred Hangnail or Tonberry's Cheeze Whiz, but then you look at the item you want to make and discover you need 3-10 of these barely ever drop items to do anything with them. I enjoy the game and all, but they should have at least given us the opportunity to maybe buy crappy high level gear so we'd have something decent to wear while we're item collecting. As is I am wearing level 60 gear and facing off against enemies wearing all the stuff I want, with the super high defense and high attack that makes the fights a little more than just one-sided. I mean, sure, I want a challenge, but as I mentioned, the single-hit breaks are just too much, I at least want a chance! |

Yes, I do own a PSP, just in case you might misunderstand this. Locke Cole was never the main character, Terra was. Plus, there's already ENOUGH male characters in that game, so the choice was very well made. |
