Top Ten Reasons Why Chrono Cross eats Chrono Trigger For Breakfast:

10. You can play as everyone, so that you don't have to complain about who you can't play as.
9. ALL of the important characters actually have something to do with the plot. Everyone else has their own story.
8. The battle system has a new level that makes it different from other RPGs.
7. Glenn. And Harle. And MOJO!
6. The storyline is two bajillion times better.
5. The CT tie-ins.
4. The musical score is simply amazing, and it sounds like real orchestra stuff.
3. Ozzie, Flea, and Slash are playable.
2. The sheer amount of quests period, and how they all tie into the dual Chrono plot.
1. Scars Left By Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime!

Top 10 reasons FF3 is inferior to FF7*:

10. Simple graphics lacking detail. What the hell is Owzer?
9. Stupid enemies. A train? A druken boxer?
8. The original FF7 plot, but lacks the spruce up.
7. Relm
6. Umaro's hair
5. Lack of powerful backstories
4. Ultima, easy level gains, and Economizers. Cheap heaven.
3. No limit on multi-spell usage, making some parts too easy.
2. Magic system. 2% of spells useful!
1. No Aeris. Good God, I loved her.

*I just did this one to spite T2k

Top ten reasons CT eats CC for breakfast (cont.):

See Bolt's "Ten reasons CC eats CT for breakfast", but switch CC with CT, and vice versa where needed.

Top 16 Reasons Why Chrono Cross Sucks

16. Mojo.
15. CT Tie-ins? What CT Tie-ins???
14. Poshul????? WHY THE HELL IS THIS CHARACTER IN THE GAME???
13. Repeat Number 14 for at least 20 other characters.
12. Masamune...EVIL??? EVIL????? And where the hell did this Enihewhatever come from??? IEEEEEEE!!!!!!! (Jumps out of a window).
11. The fact that Square half-assed it and never "officially" included Janus/Magus in the game. STOP SCREWING WITH OUR MINDS, SQUARE!!! IEEEEEEE!!!!!!! (Jumps out of a window).
10. No music for the final boss battle. I WANT FINAL BOSS MUSIC, DANGIT! Silence is boring!
9. Speaking of the final boss, what the hell is the deal with the final boss??? Lavos? Again? Schala? Time Devourerer? Donde esta? Como??? COMO?????
8. THE CRAPPY ASS MAGIC SYSTEM! Elements??? ELEMENTS??? WHERE THE HECK DID THESE COME FROM??? What happened to good old "Lightning/Water/Fire/Shadow" from CT??? Did Spekkio lie??? No, wait, SQUARE IS STUPID!
7. No items. WHAT? NO ITEMS??? WHY???? Oh wait, this was explained with the previous point. Elements are so much COOLER. WAIT, NO THEY ARN'T!!!
6. DRAGONS??? WHERE THE BLODDY HECK DID THEY COME FROM????? Out of no where! I don't remember hearing about any dragons in CT.
5. Plot holes. Kidd helps Serge...when he's really evil Lynx???
4. Lets not forget that you play as Lynx for 99% of the game. Real FUN!
3. STARS??? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE OLD EXPERIENCE SYSTEM??? Obviously it was too "good" for Square, so they went with something more retarded. Oh yeah, getting "Stars" is a lot more fun.
2. Square developer: Duh, lets make a "sequal" to a game, but have it as little to do with the first game as absolutely possible. New world, new characters, the old ones sucked anyway.
1. LLLUUUCCCCCCAAA!!! NOOOOOOOO!!! WHY SQUARE!!! WHY!!! YOU BASTARDS!!!!!!!!!

OK, that's all I can think of right now. Boy, that was fun. -jay

(Sadly, CC is still pretty high on Jay's Top 10 Greatest Games of All Time)
