Drink my other potion and have Mr. Hand of God cast Heaven Shield on himself.

Edit: Does Grasping Swoop pretty much hold a foe immobilized for one turn if it connects? Or can they still cast spells and attack the summon?

It holds them immobilized until they escape, or the Hand of God uses Slam or dies. However, the Hand can't do anything else except fly around (which will avoid damage from physical attackers, if they have no magic or projectiles) while holding someone, and Grasping Swoop isn't the most accurate attack. Assuming you're still going with what you said...

Beneion uses Small Potion. Heals 25 HP.

Hand of God uses Heaven Shield on self. Heaven Shield will block damage this turn.

Lamont uses Attack on Hand of God. Deals 0 damage.

Marvin uses Attack on Hand of God. Deals 8 damage.

Renam uses Convert Vitality on Hand of God. Deals 10 damage. Renam gains 10 MP.

Beneion's HP: 51/70
Hand of God's HP: 24/60
Hand of God's MP: 10/20
Renam's MP: 40/165

Yeah I realize it's not accurate, but getting the mage to chill for one round would be a blessing in and of itself.

Attack/grasping swoop Renam, then have the summon fly out of reach of the darn zombies if at all possible.

It's usually more than one turn, although they escape eventually.

Beneion uses Attack on Renam. Deals 13 damage.

Hand of God uses Grasping Swoop on Renam. Hits! (And I didn't make that up-- go homemade RNGs.) Hand of God grabs Renam and flies into the air.

Lamont uses Attack on Beneion. Deals 9 damage.

Marvin uses Attack on Beneion. Deals 9 damage.

Beneion's HP: 33/51
Renam's HP: 82/95

Hand of God uses Slam on Renam. Deals 20 damage. (I'm gonna say this dazes too. A two-turn combo with a 25% hit chance ought to have a better effect than 20 damage. I'd give it a chance to stun, but it does cost 0 MP and the Hand avoids melee damage, so...) Renam is dazed.

Lamont uses Attack on Hand of God. Deals 9 damage.

Marvin uses Attack on Hand of God. Deals 9 damage.

Attack Renam and use Heaven Shield on Beneion, with Mr. Summon still out of reach of the Zombies.


But yeah, I was wondering about the swoop thing, because he could just use rake in two rounds and do 22 damage. The daze works, though.
