History: Kira is a meglomaniac manipulative bastard who wants to rule the world. He hails from Afarum, but left in order to join Black Talon, because he hated Afarum's lack of unity and leadership. He's been working his way up the ranks ever since, eventually planning on ruling it for himself.

After leaving Afarum you headed northeast, eventually finding your way to the Black Talon. You did not stay in the their land for long however, sent back to Afarum so the Black Talon can easily expand its power through the ruined nation. You work under a man by the name of Dolan Baract, who controls his group with an iron fist.

The base of the Black Talon you are within is located in a town known as Kiroth, a fairly large and moderately industrial town by the western coast of Afarum. The Black Talon controls a few other towns by it as well.
