Prince Toad's Story- Prophecy of Chaos

Limit Techniques-
Level 1- Gravedigger- Alikar digs a ditch and leads the enemy to it, damaging the enemy as it falls in. Earth element move.

Small Commoner's Potion (x10)- (Heals 100 HP) A potion designed for the common man, rather than the soldier
Medium Commoner's Potion (x5)- (Heals 250 HP) A potion designed for the common man, rather than the soldier
Large Commoner's Potion- (x1) (Heals 500 HP) A potion designed for the common man, rather than the soldier

Chapter 1
The Prophecy

Alikar entered the dusty graveyard in the rain, as most of the dust in the ground turned to mud, soaking his boots in it. He was still sad because of his father's tragic death, but vowed not to cry. Had his father still been alive, he would have told him not to. "Be a man," he would have said.

Alikar got his shovel out and drove it out into the ground in the marker where his father's coffin was going to be lowered the next morning. He began digging, and as the hole got bigger, Alikar felt some pressure on the shovel, as if something was biting on it. He couldn't lift it. He pulled harder and harder until he pulled out the shovel and a giant mole rat.

Alikar: Holy sh*t!

He quickly dropped the shovel and the mole rat attacked.

He caresses the two bite marks he had on his arms. He looked at the dead rat that was still foaming at the mouth. He also saw something shining on the ground. It was a black ring with a black stone on top. It was wet and dirty, but he picked it up and held it. He was about to put it on.

Nyval: Alikar!
Alikar: Nyval!
Nyval: Well, that covers that. What are you up to?
Alikar: I've been digging a grave for my father's coffin.
Nyval: Yeah. I'm sorry. How'd you get that wound?
Alikar: Oh, this? A f*cking mole rat bit me. You have no idea how much it hurts.
Nyval: Was it that mole rat? The one foaming at the mouth? Hey, you'd better get that checked.
Alikar: Yeah, I should. I can do it after I'm done digging.
Nyval: You should do it now. Check out my catch. I went into a little shop set up in town. I took this 24-karat gold ring. It was amazing, the owner didn't even see me. I'm going to pawn it in a different town 30 miles away. It looks like you got yourself a good catch, too. What store did you rob?
Alikar: What, this? I just found it on the floor.
Nyval: Sure you did.
Alikar: I did. I found it right here.
Nyval: Alikar, I'm your friend, not a cop. You can tell me things like this. I told you about my escapade. Ah, well, put it on. Let's see how it looks on you.

Alikar held the black ring and suddenly had the feeling he shouldn't do it. He placed it on and the night turned even blacker. He couldn't see ahead of him.

Alikar: Nyval, where are you?
Nyval: I'm right here, man, what the hell's wrong with you?

A loud and reverberating voice filled the air.

Voice: MORTAL, YE ARE PROPHECIED AND CURSED. THIS IS THY REDEMPTION!

Alikar's mouth was gaping wide.

Alikar: You heard that, didn't you, Nyval?
Nyval: Yeah, I heard it.
Alikar: If you're listening, tell me who you are and how to remove the curse.

There was no answer. His vision came back and he could see Nyval.

Nyval: You have to take that thing off now.
Alikar: I'm trying, but it's stuck.

The ground began to shake and Nyval was grabbed by a tentacle and pulled underground.

The ground shook and a giant spider with a red cyst on its back unearthed itself. Inside the cyst was Nyval, trying to escape.

You can only deliver them one at a time, and the item inventory is shared by the entire team.

edit: Oh, it's shared... so... he can use one whenever he wants? If he can, then I guess I won't give him one... if he has to hold them, I'll give him one... and if he has to hold them AND I can't give him one and cast a spell at the same time, I'll give him one and cast Bolt A next turn.

He doesn't hold it. It's on a throw-and-catch basis, and once you catch, you use it. You can throw it to yourself, Nyval, and even Schizo Spyder if you're dumb enough. I don't suggest giving Nyval one until his HP gets to 150.

Schizo Spyder used Drain on Nyval. Sucks 10 HP. Nyval's HP: 220/250 Schizo Spyder's HP: 745/1000

Tip: Your HP is beginning to deplete. Now, if it drops below 100, you can use Gravedigger, but you will be in critical condition and have a risk of losing. Don't worry too much, because if you ever lose a battle you simply start the battle over and I'll even write a death scene for you.
