Here's what you can do

Practice Fight: Fight low level monsters for some decent XP.
Stat Training: You can buy a membership to increase stats.

Basic Membership ($100) You can raise 50 points per week.
Bronze Membership ($500) you can raise up to 100 points per week
Silver Membership ($2000) You can raise up to 250 points per 5 days) Requires an S class rank.
Gold Membership ($5000) You can raise up to 500 points every 5 days. requires an X class rank.
Ultimate Membership ($20,000) You can raise up to 1000 points every 3 days. Requires a U Class rank
