This rpg takes place in the town of vgf. all members of vgf live here.but trouble comes to the town, and it's up to the members to stop it!
here's an example of how you sign up.
name:1-up salesman
description: a man who stocked up on 1-ups on his visit to the mushroom kingdom, and comes back to the mushroom kingdom every year to collect them so he won't run out of them to sell to the other residents of vgf.
powers:can type at amazing speeds,can eat anything, strength,

oh, let me add.if you have an avatar, you can summon whatever is on your avatar to help you and the other residents.

That probably won't come up anyway, as people probably aren't going to join. As it looks right now, this is just an idea and one a lot of people probably won't be all that interested in. Although, even if they were, its unlikely since no one really visits this forum...

In the least, I'd say spend more time on RPGs you actually want to work on. Something more than just an incredibly vague plot. A sign up with everything needed for the RPG is a first, and then from there add other things needed in the game; like stats (if controlled) and in the least how this is supposed to play out.

...Still, even if you do all of those things its not a sure sign people will join. Especially with the number of people in here you probably shouldn't get your hopes up about any RPGs...
