| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | Some RPGs draw heavily on myths; Greek, Roman, Norse, early Japanese, etc. Ragnarok is the final battle in Norse mythology, where the gods and the giants meet for the final battle. Masamune, I believe, was a Japanese swordsmith who created legendary blades. And, of course, there's the Excalibur. All these names sound relatively cool, and add a new dimension to games. And in FF games, there are common names, just as inside jokes. So, long story short, yes. Things repeat. |
