on golden sun i am in the mercury tower and i've got the thing where you can jump on water three times what do i do know??

What you do "know" is you need to know how to spell. And are honestly pathetic enough that you need help in so many games AT ONCE? Try EXPERIMENTING with the ability. I did and I found it easy.

I haven't played it in a while. Look for a big room with several stones scattered in the water and follow them. Leap from stone to stone. And be prepared for a boss fight once you're out of the tower....
