I hope you bought some items/ have classes that increase speed/ are rather fast. The sprint shoes come in handy here as does the Thief hat as I beilve that it increases the speed of classes that can wear it. Theif, ninja, and i THINK monk class are fairly quick footed. on the plus side you don't have to kill any of the assins or thier empolyer just get one of the three criticel. also watch out for stp stitch, and the other oh so fun attacks those two asssins have. I myself am at Level 52, Have T.G. Cid and got my ass handed to me at Limberry castle gates. i'm going to go level up a bit then try again. - You stupid dog! |

He's a powerhouse to the point of being a game breaker but he's not invinceble something I learned the hard way with my utter failer to kill The marcie in chapter four and why Iereased my old files and started over. Speaking of the last battle of chapter three you getting a feel of how to beat it yet? - You stupid dog! |

Doesn't that sound like fun? So what Jobs do you have unlocked at this point, also you'll be coming up to a town that will start the find/ recrut cloud subquest just FYI. I need to do some Leveling then I'll try and storm Limbery castle again. - You stupid dog! |

I am now trying to unlock "Human Reis" but...uh, Construct 7 is kinda killing me...he's Lv. 66. Also, I hate those damn Cockatrice, they are my most hated FF enemy. Stone is worse than death, at least my guys actually carry PD and can use it. Jesus, I just hate this game sometimes... Can I get Human Reis later? I read at Game FAQs that I had to buy a flower, go to a temple and some crap but I wonder if I have to do it in that order ASAP or if I can just ditch the Temple till I am more suited to whipping ass. |

Oh, and yes Math is the devil incarnate. Construct 8 is the one who joins your team, Construct 7 is another model who is definitely NOT on your team. |

I'd save an extra file if I'm wrong though, but I think you can go off and grind until you are ready. As long as you did everything previously to unlock Human Reis (who is, btw, awesome as a character once you get her leveled). |

Oh, and yeah, I guess I could just grind anywhere (didn't sound right now did it?) so I'll just go back and forth between fields to level up till I am ready. Hopefully I won't have to be anywhere NEAR 66! |

If real life Mathmatics worked like the Math Sill you'd have alot more people intrested in math. Also I have the mime class unlocked, hmm wonder just how usefull it is. - You stupid dog! |

If you plan on keeping him in the SOLDIER class, go to the stage, it's the volcanic one, I can't remember the name right now. Have somebody with a low brave (Rapha is the best choice) equip the "Treasure Hunter" support; make sure that this person has a jump of at least 3, and when you get to the volcanic stage and manage to start a battle, have that character climb to the VERY TOP of the mountain - you'll find the Materia Blade there, and you can equip it on Cloud. Though, the actually weapon itself is pretty weak, you may just want to eventually switch classes with Cloud. Still good to pick up anyway though. And yeah, Beowulf and Reis are definitely more than "buddies." In the PSP, there's actually an additional story line that explains why exactly Reis was changed into a Dragon - they are a pretty kick ass couple. |

So there's a side story to Reis' character? If you got the info for how to come across it, go ahead and give it to me if you can. | |

Gender: Posts: 12,595 Thanks: 573 Thanked 962 Times in 648 Posts | It only applies to the PSP version, but I think I recall you saying you had that. Anyway, after you get Reis and turn her back into her human form, she and Beowulf stick around with you, which is awesome because they are pretty good. After some time, all you have to really do is get into a battle at Lionel sometime late in chapter 4/5 (I can't remember exactly which); anyway, if you're griding, just make sure that you hit up Lionel and the surrounding areas there; you'll get a battle in which Reis is taken by Cardinal Bureaumont (he's the guy who replaces the OTHER Cardinal you already killed ); turns out, you find out in the past the three of them (Reis, Beowulf, Bureamont) knew each other, and well, I won't give it away for you, but anyway he takes Reis and you have to go get her back. Defeating him is easy enough, though there are several battles; you get something for beating him too, but I can't remember what it is for the life of me. And you learn about Beowulf and Reis' pasts, so that's cool. It's an easy sidequest, you just have to induce it by getting Reis and then making sure you go to Lionel at one point later in the game. |
