Enemies such as Jellies (or Zombies in DK Cecil's case) have lower defenses and you can now deal more than one HP of damage to them with physicals, and now even Imps can deal a lot of damage to you. It's like the game is easier and harder at the same time. -CSM |

| Senior Member | ^^You can pretend to rename her. Just as good. Just shout out what you renamed her whenever someone in-game says her name. ![]() Is it as awkwardly hard as FFIII? I mean, bosses were given multiple turns for absolutely little reason. :\ |

If the DS version is taken from the original version, it feels a LOT easier to me... X-3: I found FFIII harder. XD __________________ Quote:

I played or beat all of the main FF games except 5 and 11. I have no intention of playing 11 anyway so I kinda just boil it down to just number 5. Infact, I don't even know anything at all about number 5 so it'd be great to get a hold of that one some time. |

Six hours isn't that much when you consider the length of time it requires to fully complete an RPG. In one sitting that's a lot though. | |

Gender: Posts: 8,477 Thanks: 91 Thanked 46 Times in 39 Posts | Hmm I'll probly have to get the GBA version of FFIV soon being the old school FF geek I am. Considering that I didn't get back from shopping till about ten pm yeah six hours was a stupid idea(even though I only played roughly three and a half before going to bed.) Right now I'm getting ready to head for the sealed gate. I was never very fond of five but if you enjoyed it I'm not going to make an issue of it. - You stupid dog! |

I never relly connected with the heros for whatever reason, when one was dealt a bad hand I actuly laughed with glee at said situation then hoped that the rest would have similer luck. Maybe the ROM was just translated bad or something I don't know, I've just stayed far way from FFV ever sense ya know? - You stupid dog! |

But I'd still fork out the cash to relive the game, man. Is, and always will be, one of my favorites. |

Gotta say, I rarely judge a game by it's opening scene but God, it looks awful. It reminds me of FF2, which IMO, is a very bad thing. I'll actually play it later and postpone my judgement till then. |

| Senior Member | So I ended up buying this, because I was getting somewhat bored of FFTA2. It wouldn't give me more missions. I only have 285 done... ![]() I'm up to that Tower of Zod area. Game feels like it was updated enough to be worthy of a purchase. What did you guys name your...Whyt thing? I named him Doc W, and I plan to, at some point, give me a W emblem. darkelf is awesome, btw |
