No, this isn't a card game. It's about the best mage.

Contestant 1:
Lezard Valeth (Valkyrie Profile)

Contestant 2:
Nergal (Fire Emblem)

Contestant 3:
Rashidi (Ogre Battle)

Contestant 4:
Ultimecia (Final Fantasy VIII)

I'm edging towards Ultimecia, because she did kind of condense all of time and space into a single moment(and did this with her own power, if I remember -- been a while since I've played the ending). But I know nothing of the other three, so I can't really judge.

Doesn't really matter in a deathmatch setting if she can't pull it off in the spur of the moment. And it wouldn't affect Lezard because he can transport himself into different dimensions.

I was under the impression time concerns more than any single dimension.
